CALINOIU- Scope and deadline
- Written in the engagement letter before work starts. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.
- Payment
- Up to EUR 5,000: in advance. Above EUR 5,000: 70% on signature, 30% before final delivery. Subscriptions: monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT where applicable and include travel and accommodation within Romania.
- Deadline guarantee
- If I miss a deadline for reasons on my side, you get 10% of the fee back.
- Cancellation
- Before work starts: the advance is refunded in full. After work starts: you pay for the work done to that date, in proportion to the scope. Subscriptions end at the end of any month after the minimum term, with 30 days' notice.
- Confidentiality
- Both sides sign a confidentiality agreement. Your information is never used for another client. I name you as a client only with your written consent.
- Use of reports
- You may use the report inside your organisation and with your advisers. Publishing it, quoting it in marketing or presenting it as an endorsement needs my written consent.
- Tools and data
- I use software, including AI tools, for desk research, translation and drafting. Every finding is checked and graded by me. Your confidential information enters a tool only under a data processing agreement.
- Personal data
- Personal data reaches you only under a data processing agreement. See Privacy.
- Liability
- Limited to the fee paid for the engagement, except where the law does not allow a limit.
- Law
- Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Timisoara, Romania.
